Private Residence

Noted interior designer Samuel Botero was one of Alpha's first clients and remains one to this day. In this loft of a New York-based fashion designer, he employed The Alpha Workshops to provide trowelled finishes throughout the modern, open-plan apartment, the better to showcase the apartments amazing views and Sam's carefully crafted design. This apartment was prominently featured in the March 2006 issue of The Robb Report.
